Hi everyone, thank you for reading some of my posts. Let’s dive into the next story of my journey.
It was a grey and ugly day in Sunny San Diego. The location this time was on the side of the road. Specifically, a busy street where many people are driving constantly. It doesn’t stop me though from getting up this tree. This was no ordinary tree, it is a tree that I don’t like too much and the reason why is because it has these skinny little branches that shoot out everywhere. I have to dodge them or break them for me to be able to climb it without getting scratches everywhere. So I am slowly bobbing and weaving through this nest of branches and….
I look up since I am about half way to the top and I see all this sap oozing everywhere. I don’t mind sap and I actually like it because I think it’s natural and healing. When it gets on my hands it usually has a pleasant, subtle smell. Anyways, the sap was oozing from this other tree that was crossing over from across the way. It was almost like they had glued themselves to one another because they wanted to “stick” together aha. I was excited at this point not because of the sap, but because these two tree were joining together. Till this point, I had never climbed two trees in one before. So I knew that I had to do it now, here is my chance. I climbed up the second tree that was connected to the first, all the way to the top, and I remember sitting there thinking that I had unlocked a new achievement. The End.
